Dans le cadre d'un nouveau projet dans le secteur nucléaire (projet

de construction des centres de crise locaux en CNPE), vous assistez le Chef de Projet pour la contractualisation des marchés (études, travaux, MOE, ensemblier....).

  • Vous pilotez les analyses de risques précontractuelles et l’animation du

    portefeuille de risques contractuels lors de l’exécution du marché.

  • Vous suivez l’exécution contractuelle du marché et assurez la traçabilité et

    l’enregistrement des événements et écarts contractuels.

  • Vous rédigez, avec l’appui de l’équipe projet, tous les supports pour

    l’animation de la relation contractuelle (établissement de courriers, mises en

    demeure, …) : vis-à-vis du client, vis-à-vis des parties prenantes du GME,vis-à-vis des sous-traitants.

  • Vous participez à la définition et le déploiement d’une posture et

    d’une stratégie contractuelle adaptée au contexte technique / organisationnel /

    politique des marchés en cours.
