We are seeking an analytical,proactive,and results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Controller.In this role,you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company,leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes,ensuring compliance with accounting controls,and providing strategic insights to regional and global leadership to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).
Financial Control & Reporting: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) according to local and corporate standards.
Executive Dashboards: Design, track, and present financial KPIs and executive decks to local management and global headquarters.
Cash Flow & Cost Management: Monitor working capital, optimize corporate costs, track expenditures, and manage cash flow forecasting.
Compliance & Audit: Partner with tax and accounting teams to ensure compliance with local regulations (SAT) and support internal/external audit requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows, automate reporting, and strengthen internal controls.
