Responsibilities\nDesign & Production Release: Manage the end-to-end design, development, APQP, and production release cycle for fuel and urea system components.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Initiate and execute quality enhancements, value optimization, weight reduction, and efficiency improvement projects.\n\nQuality & Validation Management: Develop, maintain, and execute DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) and DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report).\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with vehicle program teams, testing & prototype labs, CAE engineers, supplier operations, and manufacturing plants.\n\nSupplier Interface: Coordinate technical specifications and design requirements directly with automotive suppliers.\n\nTechnical Reporting: Communicate technical product status, risk assessments, and project updates clearly to
