with full ownership of technical design decisions.\n\nLead database optimization and tuning efforts, including migrations and complex query improvements.\n\nIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the application's data flows.\n\nWork in parallel across different functional modules, coordinating with the rest of the team and providing technical input on architecture decisions.\n\nActively contribute to API standardization (REST/API-first) and middleware integration.\n\nHelp drive code quality, modularity, and maintainability as part of an ongoing refactoring effort on an existing solution (not a greenfield build).\n\nSupport and mentor junior team members on development best
