The candidate will coordinate with vehicle engineering, product development, testing teams, and regulatory agencies to support vehicle certification and product launches.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage vehicle and component homologation activities for automotive projects.\n\nInterpret applicable automotive regulations, standards, and certification requirements.\n\nCoordinate vehicle testing, validation, and certification documentation.\n\nSupport type approval and regulatory compliance for new vehicle programs and product modifications.\n\nReview technical specifications, drawings, test reports, and compliance documents.\n\nCoordinate with design, vehicle architecture, powertrain, safety, and product development teams.\n\nTrack regulatory changes and assess their impact on vehicle development.\n\nLiaise with testing agencies, certification authorities, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\n\nMaintain homologation records, compliance matrices, and certification status reports.\n\nSupport vehicle development milestones and ensure regulatory requirements are addressed before vehicle launch.\n\nIdentify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant engineering teams.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nAutomotive homologation and regulatory compliance.\n\nVehicle type approval and certification processes.\n\nKnowledge of applicable AIS, CMVR, and relevant automotive regulations.\n\nUnderstanding of vehicle safety, emissions, lighting, dimensions, and performance regulations.\n\nTechnical documentation and compliance report preparation.\n\nCoordination with vehicle testing and validation teams.\n\nKnowledge of automotive product development processes.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.\n\nKnowledge of Indian and/or international vehicle regulations, such as UNECE/ECE requirements.\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory databases, compliance tracking, and engineering change management.\n\nUnderstanding of vehicle architecture, powertrain, and component-level compliance.\n\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience\nRelevant automotive homologation or regulatory compliance experience preferred.\n\nExperience requirements to be finalized based on the
