Principali attività:

  • Pianificazione e monitoraggio delle attività produttive in funzione delle milestone di progetto e degli obiettivi di produzione
  • Elaborazione di piani di fattibilità e analisi della producibilità degli item in relazione a tempi, risorse, materiali e capacità produttiva
  • Pianificazione e gestione dei materiali necessari alla produzione, monitorandone disponibilità e approvvigionamento
  • Analisi dello stato di avanzamento della produzione e identificazione di eventuali criticità che possano impattare il rispetto delle milestone
  • Supporto al coordinamento delle attività produttive e interfaccia quotidiana con il personale operativo di produzione
  • Supporto alla reportistica di produzione, attraverso l'elaborazione e l'aggiornamento di fogli di calcolo e strumenti di monitoraggio
  • Raccolta, analisi e monitoraggio dei principali KPI produttivi, con predisposizione della relativa reportistica
  • Interfaccia con le diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte nel processo produttivo per garantire l'allineamento tra pianificazione, disponibilità dei materiali e avanzamento delle attività
