Hardware & Systems DeploymentSupport the setup, imaging, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals for new hires.\nHelp maintain physical and virtual IT inventory records (workstations, licenses, accessories).\nAssist with basic software installations, including specialized engineering tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, where applicable).\n 3. Network & Infrastructure AssistanceSupport local network maintenance, Wi-Fi connectivity checks, and conference room AV setup.\nAssist IT administrators with basic server, firewall, or cloud system maintenance tasks (e.g., Azure / AWS basic management).\nParticipate in routine system back-ups and data security health checks.\n 4.
