You will be responsible for translating engineering and program management requirements into harmonized global processes, governed technical content, system enhancements, robust reporting capabilities, and comprehensive user support.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Engineering Knowledge & Standards Management\nSupport the development, harmonization, and maintenance of the EDP Library as the primary technical knowledge base for component design, validation, and lessons learned.\n\nCoordinate global EDP definition, RASI alignment, procedure development, and publication of harmonized engineering standards.\n\nCollaborate across global regions and meta-functions to identify gaps in engineering practices, repositories, and tools, driving convergence toward unified global methods.\n\n2. Teamcenter AWC Part Readiness-EDP System Management\nAct as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and business system manager for Teamcenter AWC Part Readiness-EDP, overseeing project configurations, component checklists, readiness assessments, revisions, system access, and deployment.\n\nPartner with Engineering, PMO, Quality, and ICT teams to root-cause issues, clarify business logic, validate fixes, and ensure smooth production deployments.\n\nManage user profiles, system access, and role-based permissions across the organization.\n\n3. Process & Tool Transformation\nDefine current-state, future-state, and transition roadmaps for EDP and Part Readiness across Teamcenter, PLM, PMNG/GRCA, beSTandard, DocInfo, SharePoint, and related platforms.\n\nAuthor Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), build ROI/business cases, and assess cost/benefit and risk justifications to secure funding and drive Product Development (PD) goals.\n\nIdentify process efficiencies, manual effort reductions, and risk mitigation strategies across digital tools.\n\n4. Data, Reporting & Digital Integration\nSupport global KPI and reporting needs for Part Readiness and EDP, driving the migration from Qlik Sense to Power BI and integrating datasets into enterprise platforms like Snowflake.\n\nCoordinate data governance, privacy, and approval activities for engineering datasets containing controlled or personal information.\n\n5. Training, Change Management & User Support\nDevelop, deliver, and promote global training materials, documentation, live demos, and coaching for engineers, approvers, and administrators.\n\nProvide day-to-day user support and system troubleshooting for the Teamcenter Part Readiness-EDP environment.\n\n6.
