cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, maintenance, and external contractors.\n\nMonitor overall project progress, assess technical and schedule risks, and execute proactive mitigation strategies.\n\nProcurement & Vendor Management\nSource, evaluate, and select suppliers for all material handling equipment and tooling requirements.\n\nNegotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to drive cost-effective procurement.\n\nManage vendor relationships and enforce compliance with technical specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.\n\nInstallation & Commissioning\nProvide build prints and technical documentation to installation teams.\n\nOversee on-site installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of material handling systems.\n\nEnsure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and workplace safety standards during installation phases.\n\nValidate operational equipment performance prior to official handover to production operations.\n\nBudget & Reporting\nTrack and manage project costs to maintain strict alignment with approved budgets.\n\nPrepare and present concise project status reports for management and key stakeholders.\n\nDrive continuous improvement methodologies in project execution, equipment efficiency, and cost
