standards and construction schedules.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead mechanical supervision activities across the project site\nReview mechanical installation works procedures and contractor submissions\nMonitor contractor performance and quality of execution\nCoordinate with civil electrical I&C and commissioning teams\nSupport resolution of technical and construction-related issues\nSupervise mechanical inspectors and ensure proper site coverage\nReview progress inspection findings and site reports\nEnsure adherence to QA/QC and HSE requirements\n\nQualifications: \nBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering\nMinimum 15 years of relevant experience\nStrong experience in thermal power plant projects preferably CCGT\nProven background in mechanical construction supervision\nStrong coordination and reporting skills\nPreferred Profile\nExperience in power island and balance of plant environments\nPrevious Middle East experience\nFamiliarity with rotating
