will ensure efficient, lean, and robust logistics solutions are developed and successfully deployed.\nKey Responsibilities\nLogistics Design & Planning\nDevelop and optimise logistics flow concepts and layouts.\nDefine material handling strategies from goods receipt to assembly line delivery.\nCalculate logistics resource requirements, including headcount and equipment needs.\nDefine CAPEX requirements to support logistics operations.\nProject Implementation\nLead the physical implementation of approved logistics solutions.\nCoordinate equipment procurement and installation activities.\nPlan and manage deployment activities across the production facility.\nSupport commissioning and ensure successful handover to operational teams.\nProject Management & Reporting\nMonitor project progress against agreed timelines and milestones.\nTrack and report key project KPIs.\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation plans.\nProvide regular status updates to key stakeholders.\nContinuous Improvement\nCollaborate with plant personnel and project teams to drive operational excellence.\nApply Lean principles to improve efficiency, productivity, and material flow performance.\nPromote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project
