We are seeking a highly motivated and engaged Maintenance Engineer to foster a continuous improvement culture across our Operations Maintenance functions. In this role, you will provide leadership and technical guidance using Lean and World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles-specifically focusing on Professional Maintenance methodologies to reduce equipment losses, eliminate waste, and increase overall plant reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Methodology & Continuous Improvement: Support Operations Maintenance with the ongoing development and implementation of Professional Maintenance principles, tools, and best practices.
Loss Elimination & Reliability: Apply proper engineering methods to reduce equipment failures, extend machine life cycles, and maximize reliability.
Data & Root Cause Analysis: Utilize current and historical operational data to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic machine issues.
Condition-Based Maintenance: Develop and advance Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies and predictive maintenance techniques.
Standardization & Documentation: Create, validate, and update Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) as well as engineering drawings, prints, and schematics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main interface across departments for Professional Maintenance activities, methods, and reliability data.
