Trials & Production Support: Lead and support new process trials and provide engineering support for current production to ensure stable, efficient manufacturing operations.\n\nTooling & Standards: Establish and maintain optimal production methods, standards, tooling, and equipment for assigned products and processes.\n\nSafety & Ergonomics: Drive manufacturing safety, ergonomics, and efficiency improvements through process changes and continuous safety initiatives.\n\nMaterial Flow Optimization: Collaborate with Materials and cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, organization, and placement using Lean principles.\n\nEngineering Change Implementation: Coordinate implementation of new products and engineering changes, ensuring proper balance of work timing, processes, and manpower requirements.\n\nDesign Reviews & Launch Readiness: Partner with Engineering and Materials teams to conduct manufacturing design reviews and support process development, prototype builds, and launch readiness.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Identify, implement, and standardize process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.\n\nAssembly Analysis: Analyze assembly operations and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, structured problem-solving, and the application of lean manufacturing.\n\nTime Standards Development: Develop and maintain accurate production standards using predetermined time systems (e.g., MTM/MOST).\n\nStandards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to engineering standards, plant procedures, and compliance requirements across all assigned processes.\n\nCost & Manpower Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction and manpower optimization through process design and assembly configuration improvements.\n\nMentorship & Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior Manufacturing Engineers as needed, supporting their development.\n\nProgram Execution: Lead and execute engineering programs within the area of responsibility to meet production, timing, and business objectives.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Interface and collaborate with plant personnel to achieve production targets, manpower balance, and operational
