In this role, you will ensure that infrastructure, assembly lines, and shopfloor processes are fully prepared for production launch and ramp-up while meeting strict safety, efficiency, cycle time, and quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLayout Design & Process Optimization\nEvaluate and optimize shopfloor physical distribution (layout) and material flow using CAD software to maximize operational efficiency, ergonomics, and safety.\n\nPerform detailed Time & Motion Analyses (cycle time vs. Takt time, line balancing) to identify bottlenecks and optimize direct labor utilization.\n\nInstallation & Commissioning\nPlan, coordinate, and validate the installation, startup, and commissioning of machinery, tooling, and automated/manual production lines.\n\nWork closely with equipment vendors and internal maintenance teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications.\n\nLine Readiness & Process Documentation\nLead stage-gate reviews to verify technical, safety, and quality requirements before formal line sign-off.\n\nCreate, update, and standardize technical process documentation, including Process Sheets, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Control Plans, and Work Instructions.\n\nTrial Runs & Ramp-up Execution\nExecute pilot runs and pre-production trials to validate process capabilities and achieve targeted yield rates.\n\nTroubleshoot equipment and line deviations during ramp-up, implementing permanent corrective actions (CAPA).\n\nShopfloor Focus & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain an active hands-on presence on the shopfloor alongside operations, quality, and maintenance teams to drive Lean initiatives (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED).\n\nMonitor and drive key manufacturing metrics including OEE, Cycle Time, Scrap Rate, and First Pass Yield (FPY).\n\nProject Governance & Handover\nTrack project deliverables, action item logs, and KPIs, providing regular progress reports to management and global stakeholders.\n\nEnsure a structured, formal handover of fully qualified production lines to local operations teams.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2205,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Manufacturing"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-04T11:43:56Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":10,"band":"cold","label":"Long
