Perform drilling, riveting, countersinking, and fastening operations on aluminum and composite aircraft structures. Apply sealants, adhesives, and corrosion protection treatments in compliance with aerospace standards and specifications. Install structural assemblies and related airframe components while ensuring dimensional accuracy, proper fit, and structural integrity. Operate pneumatic tools, hydraulic equipment, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively. Production Support & Rework Assemble, disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble aircraft structural components during production and rework activities. Perform structural repairs, including sheet metal work, trimming, grinding, and blending, following approved procedures and quality standards. Complete production documentation, job cards, and inspection records accurately and on time.
