reduce production delays.\n\nTakt Time Reduction: Analyze operational data to identify root causes of process deviation, driving targeted actions to maintain a 9-day takt time and build the roadmap toward a 2-day takt time.\n\nOperational Issue Tracking: Identify, track, and categorize recurring operational issues (ALEAs) to implement sustainable corrective solutions.\n\nData & Performance Monitoring: Establish continuous performance tracking mechanisms using statistical analysis and data visualization tools to inform shop-floor and management decision-making.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing operations and engineering teams to present findings, align on priority interventions, and guide
