implementation.\n\nSupport assembly plants with engineering specifications and design changes.\n\nCollaborate with suppliers on component development and launch activities.\n\nCreate and maintain DFMEA documentation.\n\nCoordinate DFMEA and PFMEA reviews with suppliers.\n\nDrive cost reduction and component optimization initiatives.\n\nBenchmark components for performance, weight, and cost efficiency.\n\nSupport pilot builds, pre-series events, and production launches.\n\nVerify manufacturing processes before mass production release.\n\nDesign and modify components using NX (2D & 3D CAD).\n\nRequired Design Experience:\nCandidates should have experience designing and developing one or more of the following:\nInternal Combustion Engine (ICE) components.\n\nElectric Motor components and accessories.\n\nPower Electronics components and accessories.\n\nSupport brackets for electronic modules.\n\nEngine-mounted and surrounding powertrain components.\n\nStructural and mounting components related to propulsion systems.\n\nThis position requires frequent travel to the USA;\ncandidates must hold Canadian citizenship or have the ability to work in
