In this role, you will collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders, streamline procurement workflows, maintain audit compliance, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Procurement & Operational Execution\nFacilitate the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for software development and engineering teams, ensuring full compliance with internal workflows and delivery timelines.\n\nSupport the creation, submission, approval, and tracking of requisitions, Purchase Orders (POs), and invoices within the ERP system (preferably SAP).\n\nPartner with global Purchasing teams to manage contract creation, approval workflows, and vendor onboarding.\n\n2. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration\nAct as the main Procurement point of contact for SWE teams, ICT, Global Purchasing, and Finance.\n\nTranslate software development project requirements into actionable procurement plans.\n\nCollaborate with Regional Operational Leads and technical teams to align procurement activities with business goals, deliverables, and milestones.\n\nMaintain transparent, regular communication on PO progress, procurement status, and invoice updates with regional and global stakeholders.\n\n3.
