ObjectivesProject Execution: Lead project contracts from design to completion, meeting service, cost, quality, and deadline objectives.\nClient Satisfaction: Serve as a key client liaison to cultivate partner relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction. \nData Systems Management: Build tracking tools and automations to streamline project documentation, metrics, and KPI reporting. \nRisk & Quality Assurance: Conduct risk analyses, implement corrective actions, and adhere to standard PMO procedures and ISO 9001 quality standards\nResponsibilities: Project Execution & Team Coordination:\nLead multi-disciplinary engineering project execution, monitoring deliverables to align with customer requirements and budget parameters.\n\nManage workforce allocation, position negotiations, onboarding processes, and operational follow-ups for client programs.\n\nPrepare and validate tender responses, project preparation, and steering structures.\n\nApply project management standards, promote PM efficiency within the organization, and support team recruitment and development.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Communication:\nAct as the primary operational liaison between clients and internal engineering teams.\n\nCommunicate effectively across international, cross-functional teams (e.g., US, Canada, global locations).\n\nPresent clear status reports, risk evaluations, and performance metrics to stakeholders.\n\nQuality & Continuous Improvement:\nEnforce quality compliance following ISO 9001 standards and internal PMO guidelines.\n\nLead problem-solving initiatives using quality and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5W).\n\nPerform regular risk assessments and establish corrective action plans.\n\nData Management & Workflow Automation:\nConsolidate and maintain project documentation, validation statuses, and operational KPIs in structured repositories.\n\nDesign and deploy interactive dashboards and tracking systems using tools like Power BI, Monday.com, Google Suite, and SharePoint.\n\nImplement automated workflows to optimize reporting efficiency, tracking, and cross-team communication.\n\nAnalyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and streamline operational
