The role involves reviewing process design documentation, assessing process safety and operability, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering interfaces, and supporting project activities from design through commissioning and handover.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nReview process design bases, design criteria, LPG composition assumptions, material and energy balances, and operating philosophies.\nReview and verify Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), equipment lists, line lists and process datasheets.\nAssess process calculations, hydraulic studies, equipment sizing, technical specifications and engineering documentation.\nReview process design requirements for LPG storage, transfer, pressurisation, depressurisation and regasification systems.\nAssess boil-off gas management, flare systems, pressure relief, emergency depressurisation and associated process safety interfaces.\nReview process control philosophies, control narratives, operating envelopes, start-up and shutdown procedures.\nEvaluate process equipment and package vendor documentation for technical compliance, safety and operability.\nParticipate in multidisciplinary design reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL assessments, model reviews and constructability reviews, where applicable.\nIdentify process design risks, technical deviations, non-conformances and opportunities for improvement.\nCoordinate process engineering interfaces with mechanical, piping, instrumentation and control, electrical, civil, safety and commissioning disciplines.\nSupport technical reviews during procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.\nReview commissioning procedures, operating procedures and process performance requirements.\nMaintain technical review registers, comment-resolution records and engineering documentation.\nProvide technical recommendations to engineering management and support timely resolution of process-related issues.\nEnsure process engineering deliverables comply with applicable legislation, project specifications and recognised international standards.\nTECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide senior-level process engineering expertise and technical guidance.\nReview and verify engineering deliverables within delegated technical authority.\nIdentify process safety risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.\nSupport design optimisation, operational reliability, maintainability and lifecycle performance.\nCoordinate technical interfaces across multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nMaintain high standards of engineering quality, technical documentation and process
