Design Integration & Architecture\nLead the development of conceptual layouts and integration solutions for structures and systems across the complete airframe.\n\nDefine and manage interfaces, installation requirements, and system architecture to ensure compatibility and performance.\n\nPerform and lead trade studies and optimization activities (weight, cost, performance, manufacturability).\n\n2. Cross-Functional Leadership\nAct as a focal point across multidisciplinary teams: stress, systems, interiors, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, mass properties, manufacturing, and quality.\n\nCoordinate technical alignment with partners, suppliers, and other engineering teams.\n\nProvide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.\n\n3. Design Development & Industrialization\nGenerate preliminary and detailed design concepts using 3D modeling tools.\n\nSupport production, manufacturing, and shop floor issue resolution.\n\nEnsure robust Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).\n\n4. Certification, Validation & Compliance\nSupport verification & validation (V&V), test definition, and execution.\n\nEnsure designs meet airworthiness, safety, and regulatory requirements.\n\nContribute to certification strategy, compliance demonstration, and qualification requirements.\n\n5. Program & Change Management\nManage engineering modifications through full lifecycle and configuration control processes.\n\nProvide input to impact assessments (technical, cost, schedule, risks).\n\nTrack and manage technical risks, dependencies, and design maturity.\n\nProvide clear status reporting to project and functional leadership.\n\n6.
