With exciting projects underway and on the horizon, from multifamily, hospitality, transportation, to public safety, there is never a dull moment.\nAs an Architect on our team, you will:\nLead project teams on complex architectural projects through each phase of a building’s design and construction.\nAssist in the procurement of new architectural projects with new prospective clientele.\nAssist with the preparation of technical proposals for the acquisition of new work.\nManage communication between the design team, clients, consultants, and contractors.\nHelp mentor junior employees.\nEssential Qualifications:\nMaster of Architecture or 5-year Bachelor or Architecture Degree.\nExperience as a licensed Architect in the United States.\nDemonstratable experience fostering complex architectural projects through each phase of a building’s design and construction.\nMastery of Autodesk Revit\nStrong acumen in building design, rendering, and production level modeling in Revit including the preparation of construction documents.\nMust possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide own means of reliable transportation for occasional day and/or overnight trips including travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.\nLive within daily commuting distance of the SEH Denver Office.\nWork from home is acceptable; however, the candidate must be willing to work in the office as needed for team collaboration.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n5 years minimum experience following achievement of professional architectural degree\nPrevious experience with facility planning and design within one or more of the following market sectors: Municipal, Public Safety, Transit/Public Transportation, Hospitality, Multi-Family, Education\nPreparation of and/or coordination with project specifications.\nAIA, NCARB, LEED AP, Revit Certified Professional and/or other credentials\nBusiness development aptitude and experience\nExperience and ability to mentor junior architectural staff through the design process\nPrevious experience in proposal and client management.\nProficient with Microsoft 365 Suite.\nRendering proficiency in Enscape, Lumion and/or Twinmotion.\nProficiency with Newforma, Bluebeam and/or Autodesk Forma.\nWho We Are\nBetter Places.
