Possess a foundational to intermediate understanding of construction practices.\nThis opportunity is open to candidates residing in the following areas: Duluth, MN\nEssential Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information professionally to internal and external stakeholders.\nStrong multi-tasking and organizational skills.\nAbility to calculate project quantities accurately.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).\nWillingness to learn construction administration software\nCommitment to SEH’s Quality and Safety standards.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n0-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, scheduling, and construction administration.\nWillingness and ability to travel long distances daily, if required.\nFamiliarity with Civil 3D.\nThis position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH’s Driving Program.Who We Are\nBetter Places.
