Staff training in Advance Revit application, Coordination of the services with the consultants, BEP (BIM Execution Plan) Establishing /implementation and update during the project.\nThe role of a BIM Coordinator involves the following duties:\nActing as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects so that projects remain efficient and effective \nWorking closely with BIM coordinators, who are responsible for producing project information models \nEnsuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project \nCompleting supply chain assessments \nSupporting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances \nTraining or upskilling colleagues in specific software programmes \nEnsuring staff have access to the tools and equipment they need \nOverseeing the purchase of workstations so that hardware is sufficient and effective \nProducing monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation \nKeeping up-to-date with advancements in building technology \nDriving the implementation of digital information plans and strategies \nLeading meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues \nOverseeing BIM budgets \nSupporting the career development, coaching and mentoring of a team of staff \nRaising the profile of BIM within across departments and teams \nAdhering to the latest industry standards.\nRequired Skills \nRevit Arch and Interior Modelling and Manage­ment. \nRevit Parametric. \nFamily Creation. \nDevelopment & man­agement of BEP. \nDevelop & implement office BIM standards. \nClash detection in Re­vit and Navisworks. \nRevit staff training. \nBasic animation with time line in Navis­works.\n\nBachelor degree in Architecture or Civil education.\n10 years’ BIM Experience in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) sector with min. 5 years focused on a variety of healthcare projects -
