The SEI Group’s operations in Ireland are carried out through three entities based in Dublin that conduct the Group’s business of managing proprietary UCITS and AIF funds, as well as providing administration and depositary services to funds established by third party investment managers.\nPosition Description:\nThe Anti Money Laundering (“AML”) team supports business units and compliance professionals across the company and is responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing a framework that ensures that the division operates to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance. The Assistant Manager, Investor Services AML is responsible for assisting with the management of the day to day operations and AML professionals within the AML team. \nWhat you’ll do:\nResponsible for the performance and oversight of AML process on all new business to ensure company and regulatory objectives are achieved while ensuring adherence to applicable policies.\n\nAssisting the business in coordinating and implementing regulatory changes.\n\nInteract directly with senior business management in a decision-making capacity in Ireland and other applicable jurisdictions.\n\nPerform oversight and assistance in relation to follow up on outstanding AML documents ensuring aged outstanding documents are reported and escalated accordingly.\n\nOversee refresh process of existing business, in accordance with agreed cycles.\n\nOwnership of the AML Database (including updates, reporting, etc.), ensuring accurate and complete data is maintained for all clients, investors, related parties and beneficial owners.\n\nEnsure regular AML management reporting across all funds is produced for submission to Management and Clients/Fund Boards.\n\nRepresent SEI in a professional manner during onsite due diligence visits by clients, Fund MLRO’s and The Regulator.\n\nPerform quality control checks and approval on client correspondence, investor and compliance reporting;\n\nOwnership of ‘Worldtracker’ functions, including ongoing screening and issue resolution and documenting results.\n\nPerform ongoing monitoring of business, including PEP’s and transaction monitoring.\n\nEnsure adherence to service standards and specified deadlines.\n\nImplementation of additional AML technology to improve customer identification program (e.g. Lexus, Guidestar, etc.).\n\nAssist in the review of new fund documents with respect to AML language.\n\nUpdate and maintain AML procedures to ensure company and regulatory obligations are being achieved.\n\nAssist on projects, including implementation of AML systems and technology (i.e. KURE).\n\nAssist the Training Manager in creating, maintaining and implementing training on AML procedures, reporting and regulatory updates.\n\nStaffing of team and ensuring their appropriate knowledge acquisition through identification of development requirements, ‘on the job’ coaching / mentoring, and training, to enable provision of superior client service.\n\nMotivation, performance management and development of employees to provide the highest level of service to all internal and external clients with the ability to manage multiple tasks under established delivery schedules.\n\nThrough the appropriate interpersonal skills and methods, be responsible for guiding and positively influencing the actions of individuals and groups toward achieving desired results and promoting a team atmosphere.\n\nManagement of employees to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.\n\nRelationship management with Clients, MLRO’s, shareholders, regulators, auditors and other external and internal parties as required.\n\nCultivation / management of relationships with key team leaders representing a broad range of functions and levels in order to utilise relationship networks to achieve goals.\n\nCarry out all duties assigned to your role under the Company’s Safety Statement, to ensure Health, Safety Well-being for all employees for whom you have responsibility.\n\nWhat you bring to the table:\n3 + years’ experience of Supervising/Managing an AML team of 4 or more employees.\n\n5 years plus financial services background, preferably with Alternatives / Hedge Fund experience.\n\nKnowledge of compliance and regulation within the Financial Services Industry in Europe.\n\nProject management experience.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Irish Anti-Money Laundering requirements.\n\nVery strong risk awareness (preferably EU legislation driving AML regulations).\n\nIn depth knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools.\n\nGeneral systems integration and life-cycle experience.\n\nExperience with NTAS Koger, Investier applications.\n\nThird Level Qualification (desirable)\n\nAttributes we
