This role requires a self-motivated, goal oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive delivery schedule. The Corrections and Reversals team is responsible for managing all client and internal requests to correct transactions on the SEI Wealth Platform.\nThis is an entry level position, where full training and support will be provided.\nWhat you will do:\nBasic processing and/or service activities specific to team function\nReviewing, analyzing, and entering client information and transactions into multiple systems\nSetting up securities, general account level maintenance, and some level of client contact.\nRespond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.\nWorking on special projects as needed.\nPerform research & analysis of root cause conditions.\nImplement solutions as assigned.\nInteract effectively with multiple operational processing teams.\nMaintaining the highest level of confidentiality, quality and privacy.\nManage a time-sensitive delivery schedule.\nProactively recommend innovations and modifications which are in compliance with industry requirements and are consistent with corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures.\nPreparing and processing error-free transactions accurately and in a timely manner, according to client instructions and according to SEI procedure\nMake decisions involving issues that may impact company financials, and making recommendations based upon interpreting policies, procedures, and regulations.\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat we need from you:\nUndergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
