An open, collaborative and detail oriented environment underpins this business objective.\nThe Operations Analyst II, Centralised Operations is responsible for the successful and accurate completion of the daily processing requirements for various Alternative Funds and providing support to the various departments, whilst strictly adhering to established departmental policies and procedures required to process Alternative Funds. This group will assume responsibility for daily support of, and technology solutions for, the Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Financial Reporting Departments.\nWhat you’ll do:\nResponsible for maintenance of loan asset master information on Geneva Fund Accounting system;\nReview and process Bank Debt related activities including: pay-downs, borrowings, interest payments, rate resets and rollovers using WSO (Wall Street Office) and Geneva (Fund Accounting system).\nResponsible for maintenance of loan asset master information on Geneva Fund Accounting system;\nCommunicate and coordinate information between investment managers, agent banks and accounting teams in a timely and effective manner.\nProvide daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required;\nResponsible for maintenance of static level data across the various platforms that impact underlying transparency for administrative services and client deliverables;\nGain understanding of current solutions and make recommendations for future solutions to enhance SEI’s outsourcing services;\nActively participate in project plans associated with solution development and implementation based upon agreed business requirements ;\nQuery, problem and error resolution on a timely basis (with documentation);\nFacilitate communication between departments in Dublin and the U.S;\nMaintain a good working relationship with external clients as well as with internal units within SEI;\nStrictly adhere to established departmental processing procedures and controls;\nWork on Projects / Adhoc tasks as required.\nAssists in training new team members.\nWhat you bring to the table:\n1-3 years’ experience in Fund operations with experience in Alternatives / Hedge Funds to includeKnowledge of Geneva and/ or similar Fund Accounting systems\nKnowledge of bank debt processing functionality using the Geneva fund accounting system, WSO etc.\nKnowledge of the Syndicated or Private Debt Loan Market\nKnowledge of various security types\n\nThird level qualifications (Business, Finance or IT related fields) desirable\nAttributes we value:\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills\nStrong organizational and administrative skills\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nFluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential\nIndividual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities\nPositive ‘can do’ attitude with excellent problem solving skills\nDetail-oriented\nTeam player\nFlexible / Adaptable\nP.C. proficient, particularly in Word, Excel, Access and Visual Basic\nBenefits you can expect:\nHealthcare for yourself, your spouse and any dependents under 18 years old.
