The Mutual Fund Control team handles multi-currency transactions related to custody of global and domestic mutual funds. This position will deal with international and domestic counter-parties ensuring the trading accuracy and timely settlement of these mutual funds transactions. The Mutual Fund Control Analyst role will have daily interaction and work with both Internal and External clients. This position will also provide coverage and support to team members, and will be called upon to assist with related activities within US Operations. The individual must be able to handle these situations in an efficient, professional manner, with quality and completeness.\nWhat you will do:\nBasic processing and/or service activities specific to team function\n\nReviewing, analyzing, and entering client information and transactions into multiple systems\n\nSetting up securities, general account level maintenance, and some level of client contact.\n\nRespond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.\n\nWorking on special projects as needed.\n\nPerform research & analysis of root cause conditions.\n\nImplement solutions as assigned.\n\nInteract effectively with multiple operational processing teams.\n\nMaintaining the highest level of confidentiality, quality and privacy.\n\nManage a time-sensitive delivery schedule.\n\nInterface with Operating units and business units, such as Reversals Team, Reconciliation Team,\n\nCorporate Actions/Income, and Treasury Management Team, as required to provide awareness of\n\nprocessing problems as they arise.\n\nSubmit trading orders in the market on the behalf of our clients both internal and external\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nWhat we need from you:\nUndergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
