This individual will be required to work closely with other members of the Investor Services Team to help grow a dedicated team in a high growth area of SEI. This individual will be responsible for interacting with all levels of professionals both internally and externally. Candidates must have a good understanding of Private Market Alternatives structures and related investment types and will ultimately be the main day to day contact for a number of Private Market Investor Services clients.\nWhat you’ll do:\nServe as main daily client operational contact for a number of PM clients.\n\nDevelop relationships with all client contacts including investment professionals, investors, lawyers, auditors and banking personnel.\n\nSupervise staff on systems, processing, procedures and job responsibilities.\n\nTrain, coach and mentor new employees, develop and motivate staff within their team.\n\nProvide input and feedback regarding employees’ ongoing performance / development / performance appraisals.\n\nReview and approve work performed by analysts.\n\nWork closely with the fund accounting team, as well as other Investor Services teams, and be willing to assist in crossover duties.\n\nReview or prepare capital call and distribution calculations and notices.\n\nReview or prepare Investors Capital Statements and relevant calculations.\n\nAssist in coordinating annual fund audits.\n\nProblem, error and query resolution on a timely basis (with documentation).\n\nMeet all reporting deliverables.\n\nEnforce adherence to department procedures, service standards and specified deadlines.\n\nIdea generation and ongoing assessment and improvement of operational service model.\n\nMaintain a good working relationship with external clients as well as with internal relationship managers and other business units within SEI.\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of departmental procedures.\n\nCarry out all duties assigned to your role under the Company’s Safety Statement, to ensure Health, Safety and Well Being for all employees for whom you have responsibility.\n\nWork on Projects / Adhoc tasks as required.\n\nEnsure succession planning process in place and operational within department through identification and development of high potential personnel.\n\nChampion HR policies and ensure all are applied and maintained.\n\nWhat you bring to the table:\nAt least five years’ experience in a Fund Administration role with at least two of those working in a Private Market role.\n\nExperience in working on a Private Market system, preferably Investran.\n\nHave a strong knowledge of Private Markets structures and regulatory requirements.\n\nHave experience in reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OM’s.\n\nExperience in supervisory skills and/or coaching / mentoring.\n\nFluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential.\n\nThird Level Degree in Finance or related field.\n\nAttributes we value:\nStrong oral, written communication and presentation skills.\n\nStrong Coordination and Relationship Management skill.\n\nStrong organizational and administrative skills.\n\nIndividual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.\n\nPositive ‘can do’ attitude with excellent problem solving skills.\n\nDetail-oriented.\n\nTeam player.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\n\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines.\n\nFlexible / Adaptable.\n\nBenefits you can expect:\nHealthcare for yourself, your spouse and any dependents under 18 years old.
