The SEI Group’s operations in Ireland are carried out through three entities based in Dublin that conduct the Group’s business of managing proprietary UCITS and AIF funds, as well as providing administration and depositary services to funds established by third party investment managers.\nTalent Acquisition Partner - 12 month FTC\nWhat you’ll do:\nResponsibilities include (but are not limited to):\nWork closely with the Recruitment Manager to support the businesses’ overall recruitment process and carry out role specific tasks as well as assist in day-to-day recruitment operations.\n\nManagement of end-to-end recruitment process for both contingent and permanent roles\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers as well as additional stakeholders.\n\nManage relationships with external agencies.\n\nOverall candidate management of all current, referred, prospective candidates\n\nAdvising internal applicants as well as hiring managers of processes and best practice\n\nMaintaining recruitment master tracker and ensuring all information is accurate, provide MI data for quarterly and ad hoc reporting\n\nMaintain and administer the central recruitment inboxes\n\nManage ad hoc email/phone queries from managers, candidates, recruitment firms\n\nMeeting with Hiring Managers to take role briefings, discuss search criteria and sourcing methods and advise on routes to market\n\nScreen all applicants for all open roles, and present selected candidates to relevant hiring managers accordingly.\n\nCompleting offer templates and managing approvals\n\nEnsure recruitment processes and procedures are in place and are being followed including authorised recruitment sign off at all relevant stages\n\nDrawing up and reviewing employment contracts as well as new starter documentation and liaising with HR to ensure new starters are captured and recorded correctly.\n\nFormatting and reviewing job descriptions ensuring these meet compliance and legal requirements.\n\nPosting roles through Workday and various job boards, maintaining all posted roles.\n\nLiaising with various job boards regarding current relevant postings and allocations\n\nResponsible for the interview scheduling of all open roles - this includes liaising with candidates and hiring managers for availability, liaising with reception for room bookings, sending out diary invites and email confirmations as well as occasionally meeting and greeting candidates and setting up video conferences.\n\nDelivering candidate feedback and following up with hiring managers for feedback. Keeping Hiring Managers informed of candidate status and feedback.\n\nLiaise with recruitment firms where applicable to ensure processes are in place, being adhered to and that briefs are managed to outcome as well as to arrange interviews and deliver feedback\n\nWhat you bring to the table:\nExperience recruiting within the Funds Industry in either agency or in-house capacity.\n\nExperience with building relationships with Heads of Business\n\nExperience in using LinkedIn Recruiter\n\nWorking knowledge of Workday or other ATS system\n\nGood knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel\n\nEducated to a degree level or equivalent is preferred but not essential.\n\nAttributes we value:\nHave a professional approach\n\nStakeholder Management\n\nPossess strong and proficient organisational skills\n\nHave high level attention to detail\n\nBe results driven\n\nEvident experience managing tight and conflicting deadlines\n\nTime management\n\nBenefits you can expect:\nHealthcare for yourself, your spouse and any dependents up to the age of 18 years.
