Exceptions are identified and automatically logged to provide remote technical IT support to these customers.\nHe/she is responsible for the management of the Alerts board and resolving all relevant alerts created daily. The NOC engineer will also assist the NOC Administrator with improvements, day-to-day tasks and escalations as necessary.\nThis is the perfect role for a self-motivated individual with a natural technical enquiring mind with industry-relevant experience and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.\nRole Requirements\nMust have at least 2-years industry-relevant experience\nMust be able to travel to and from the Woodmead office to perform his/her daily duties as needed\nEssential Technical Knowledge and Experience\nA+ / N+\nMCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)\nAt least 2-years’ Microsoft 365 technical work experience\nUnderstanding of Public Cloud and at least 1-years’ technical experience\nAt least 2-years working experience with any routing vendor equipment and/or software\nAt least 2-years’ experience with Layer-2 networking and VLAN’s\nAt least 2-years’ work experience with Sophos XG Firewalls\nAdvanced Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems\nAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems\nAdvanced Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge experience\nAdvanced Microsoft Hyper-V knowledge with
