Learn more about DEI at Seismic here.\n\nOverview:\n\nThe Global Services engineering team is responsible for building services and user-centric web apps to automate and streamline the use of Seismic. As a software engineer on our geographically distributed team you will design, test, and frequently ship high quality code spanning a wide range of projects. We are looking for generalists comfortable with lots of moving pieces, learning new technologies and systems, and experience applying feedback to rapidly iterate.\n\nWho you are:\n\nA focus on building excellent user experiences with close attention to detail \nExperience maintaining a high level of software quality without spending increasing amounts of time maintaining tests \nSolid design and programming skills in C# \nExperience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions. \nEngineering skills to consistently uphold best practices in security, reliability, and design \nThe perseverance to debug complex problems across the whole stack \nThe ability to converse with the customer occasionally and get to the bottom of their needs \nExperience with AI Agents or basic AI Agent logic, understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, or agent workflows is a plus. \n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nCreate and own end-to-end solutions integrating a wide range of systems, technologies, and processes \nCollaborate with a diverse group of experts in solutions architecture, operations, and other engineering teams to delight internal and external users \n\nCrafting and refining onboarding experiences \nIntuitive data exploration tools \nIntegrating datastores, content repositories, and management systems with the Seismic platform \nBuilding a distributed job queue \n\nSome technologies we use include .Net Core, Jenkins, Terraform, serverless, K8s, SQL, React, New Relic, LogEntries, Azure, AWS and others.\n\nWhat we have for you:\n\nAt Seismic, we're committed to providing benefits and perks for the whole self.
