With over 120 offices in 40 countries worldwide, our unique shareholder management model enables you to benefit from Global implementation experience and expertise across all industry sectors, coupled with vital in-country knowledge and service at the local level.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:\nPartners with the Managing Director to manage the P&L including budgeting, forecasting & reporting.\nFormulates strategies in conjunction with the Managing Director and ensures they are in accordance with the overall SEKO strategy.\nManages and directs international and domestic operations teams including performing all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage personnel assigned including: recruiting, training, creating clear goals and expectations, conduct employee performance evaluations, and fostering a cooperative and harmonious work environment to maximize morale and production.\nHandles breakdowns and delays; communicates with department staff as appropriate.\nAssists with handling day-to-day issues, such as customer delays, customer orders not delivered, directions for drivers, etc.\nPerforms all duties and responsibilities in a highly ethical manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Leads and serves as a role model for others by consistent demonstration of high ethical standards.\nResponsible for implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards and Sarbanes Oxley requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines with respect to operational, administrative, customer service, marketing, and sales functions for the site.\nParticipate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nExcellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; able to successfully manage and execute multiple projects and processes simultaneously; ability to prioritize and plan work activities for self and others, using time efficiently.\nBuilds and maintains an effective and positive working relationship within a diverse organization.\nStrong teambuilding and leadership skills; able to lead, coach, inspire, motivate, and develop others; able to effectively delegate and follow-up.\nAble to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment and consistently meet tight timelines.\nStrong oral/written communication skills.\nPersuasive negotiator with strong influencing skills.\nProficient computer skills, including various transportation systems applications, MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook; adapting to new computer applications, system upgrades and other technology as necessary.\nOversees 75% International and 25% Domestic Operations\nSome schedule flexibility will be required\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nMinimum:\nBachelor’s Degree in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.\nMinimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.\nExperience in managing international and domestic operations\nPrevious experience in leadership for multiple sites that are geographically dispersed, effectively delegating responsibility and authority to direct reports.\nValid state issued Driver’s License and Forklift Driver Certification.\nCompensation and Benefits\nBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professionalcertifications, qualifications/experience,performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).\nCompensation\nThe base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $103,700 - $148,150 USD per year.
