With over 120 offices in 40 countries worldwide, our unique shareholder management model enables you to benefit from Global implementation experience and expertise across all industry sectors, coupled with vital in-country knowledge and service at the local level.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:\nDevelop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers.\nDispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pick-ups and deliveries.\nEnsure compliance with DOT regulations and established internal policies and guidelines.\nPrioritize time sensitive cargo. \nNotify drivers of pick-up and delivery assignments.\nMaintain shipment information under the Customs control document.\nEnsure required paperwork is submitted timely to Import personnel.\nRead and assimilate stored data and enter new data in computer database.\nAssist with shrink-wrapping, loading and downloading freight, verifying the labeling of domestic shipments, and noting the count and condition of cargo received.\nParticipate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.\nGood vision and depth perception required.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide.\nPC literate. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.\nAccurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.\nCapable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and effectively presenting information in one on one or in small group situations.\nAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.\nAbility to balance team and individual responsibilities.\nResponds promptly and professionally to customer needs.\nMust be able to read, write and speak English fluently.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nMinimum:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nMinimum three years related experience.\nValid state issued Class C Driver's License.\nForklift Certification.\nDOT Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Certification\nKnowledge of local geographic market.\nAbility to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. \nAbility to drive and/or operate heaving machinery or equipment. Ability to operate a forklift.\nPreferred:\nMinimum two years industry experience. \nSPECIALIST CERTIFICATIONS:\nNone\nCompensation and Benefits\nBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professionalcertifications, qualifications/experience,performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).\nCompensation\nThe base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $18 - $25 USD per hour.
