Join Sekoia, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will be the trusted technical liaison for your customers, orchestrating their adoption of Sekoia's innovative platform and maximizing its value. You will work closely with a Customer Success Manager and a Sales Executive, analyzing customer architectures, leading workshops, and providing insights to enrich the product roadmap. The position can be based in Paris, Rennes, or fully remote from France.

Missions

  • Analyser l'architecture et l'utilisation du client après la signature pour identifier les domaines d'optimisation.
  • Co-animer des ateliers pratiques pour développer les compétences des utilisateurs sur la plateforme Sekoia.
