This position leads the Maintenance team, manages preventive and corrective maintenance, and works closely with hatchery leadership to ensure equipment is reliable and operations run efficiently. The Maintenance Manager will also support the installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment and facility systems. This includes coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams and helping ensure new equipment is properly installed, tested, maintained, and incorporated into the hatchery’s long-term maintenance program.
