We are seeking a dependable and organized Temporary HR Office Clerk / Receptionist to join our Goldsboro, NC team and provide administrative support during a temporary maternity leave coverage assignment.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Temporary HR Office Clerk / Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, visitors, and callers while providing general administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources and Breeder Division offices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with receptionist, administrative, clerical, customer service, or HR support experience who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced office environment.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nGreet and assist employees, applicants, visitors, and guests.\nAnswer incoming calls, take messages, and direct callers to the appropriate department or employee.\nProvide general administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and Breeder Division Manager.\nMaintain organized paper and electronic files and records.\nAssist with filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and document preparation.\nAssist with job applications and applicant paperwork.\nMonitor office email and assist with routine administrative requests.\nMaintain confidentiality of employee and company information.\nAssist with office supplies and general office organization.\nWork collaboratively with HR, management, and employees throughout the organization.\nPerform other administrative duties as assigned.\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nBilingual English/Spanish\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious receptionist, administrative, clerical, office, customer service, or HR experience preferred.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProfessional and courteous communication skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a
