We’d love for you to join our team!\nResponsibilities\nProcess large volumes of invoices, with oversight, to ensure accurate G/L coding, proper approvals, and confirm that payment is outstanding. Prepare invoices for scanning and attach follow-up barcodes when invoices are not received through Markview.\nPrecise entry of all payable information into Oracle using invoices received via Markview and KTM.\nWorking knowledge of Select Medical/Concentra Chart of Accounts in order to code invoices as required. Seek assistance from AP Team Lead, as needed, to ensure accurate coding.\nEnsure proper documentation is obtained for Request for Payments (RFP).\nAudit invoices for accuracy of entry and completeness of information provided.\nPrepare checks for mailing on time and in accordance with Select Medical Corporation policy.\nResearch vendor inquiries and discrepancies. Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.\nSustained focus and attention to detail/accuracy; perform effectively when action is required and meet all requested deadlines.\nAssist and notify Vendor Maintenance with vendor change/corrections and provide W-9 and invoice information when new vendors are set up. Work with the field to ensure W-9’s are received when new vendor setups are needed, but no W-9 is submitted.\nSupport special projects and undertake other duties as requested.\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements:\n High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).\n Ability to communicate effectively.\n PC knowledge: Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook (or equivalent), and Word knowledge/skills.
