Performs daily rounds on the nursing floor, communicating with patients, families, staff and MD’s. Weekly working with the CNO focusing on new and challenging patients as well as developing core clinical programs, that comply with all corporate clinical-quality initiatives.\nManages and assists in plans of correction that are related to both internal and external surveys.\nFocuses on employee engagement. Actively present and participatory in Employee Orientation. Conducts quarterly employee meetings (including meetings during the night shift).\nCreates and manages a culture focused on business development and customer service.\nCommunicates routinely with the CEO concerning policy recommendations and suggested courses of action pertinent to the efficient operation of assigned departments. Implements new policies and disseminates pertinent information following administrative directives.\nWorks with CEO to establish and manage the Annual Operating Budget, Capital Budget and Strategic Plan and other strategic planning activities as necessary.\nMaintains high ethical standards. Consistently behaves in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to all policies related.
