Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.\nTogether, we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. \nTimely and accurate documentation using EPIC\nInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.\nEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.\nPromoting continuous quality improvement.\nInstructing and counseling patients/families.\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements\nValid State RN License required\nTwo or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse\nCertified BLS required\nCertified ACLS or completion in the first 6 months of employment required\nCRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nOne or more years' experience in managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.\nBSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.\nAdditional
