This role involves working with ESRI technologies and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript to build and enhance geospatial solutions. The GIS Developer I collaborates with senior developers and GIS analysts to deliver high-quality geospatial products tailored to business needs.\n\nThe essential job functions include, but are not limited to\nAssist in developing and maintaining GIS applications using ESRI's ArcGIS platform and related technologies.\nWrite, test, and debug code in languages such as Python and JavaScript to support GIS functionalities.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated data workflows using FME to support spatial and non-spatial data integration, transformation, and quality assurance across GIS platforms.\nParticipate in the design and implementation of spatial databases and data models.\nCollaborate with team members to integrate GIS solutions with other enterprise systems.\nSupport the creation of interactive maps, dashboards, and other geospatial visualizations.\nContribute to the documentation of development processes, workflows, and technical specifications.\nStay informed about emerging GIS technologies and best practices to enhance skill sets and project outcomes.\n\nOther duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
