This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Company standards and regulatory requirements.\n\nThe essential job functions include, but are not limited to\nManage midstream infrastructure projects from planning through execution and closeout.\nPerform Hydraulic calculations along with other engineering functions as needed on the project.\nCoordinate with engineering teams, operations personnel, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, land teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts in collaboration with project stakeholders.\nOversee construction and installation activities for pipelines, facilities, transfer systems, and related infrastructure.\nImplement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel and contractors.\nMonitor project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and address delays.\nManage project costs and procurement activities, including materials, equipment, and contractor services, while adhering to approved budgets.\nCoordinate permitting, regulatory compliance, inspections, and environmental requirements associated with midstream operations.\nServe as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.\nIdentify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and operational challenges in a timely manner.\nReview and approve contractor invoices, change orders, and project documentation.\nMaintain accurate project records, reports, schedules, and construction documentation.\nSupport commissioning, startup, and operational handoff activities upon project completion.\n\nOther duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
