Maintain quality control and assure complete compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing environmental compliance, worker safety and underground injection well regulations. \n\nThe essential job functions include, but are not limited to\nOverall maintenance, upkeep and appearance of disposal area.\nGauge and records necessary information pertaining to the retrieval of oil, water and pressure daily.\nMonitor water pumps and trucks when disposing salt water.\nRetrieve oil from working pit/tanks.\nUnload lines, discharge and relieve valves or other equipment related to disposal of fluids.\nGenerate and document third-party tickets and other forms of documentation in support of disposal.\nMeet compliance requirements with county, state, and federal regulatory rules and regulations.\nEnsure tickets are completed with accuracy and signed by drivers.\nEnsure smooth transition from day to night attendants: communicate current status and potential issues prior to end of shift.\nPerform daily follow up calls with drivers/pushers to ensure delivery of fluid.\nAttend company meetings as requested.\nFollow company policies and procedures.\nImprove utilization efficiently, driver compliance.\nEnsure immediate work area is neat and orderly to ensure safety of workers.\nReport and correct unsafe conditions of practices.\n\nOther duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
