fleet records.\nCoordinate vehicle allocations, onboarding, transfers, replacements, and disposals.\nManage fleet documentation including insurance, registrations, service records, maintenance history, and compliance records.\nSupport driver communications and fleet policy administration.\nMaintain fleet management systems and ensure records remain audit-ready.\nHGV Fleet & Compliance\nSupport the administration of HGV fleet operations and vehicle compliance.\nMonitor MOTs, servicing schedules, inspections, road fund licences, and preventative maintenance programmes.\nMaintain records relating to vehicle defects, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.\nSupport driver licence checking and driver compliance programmes.\nAssist with Operator Licence compliance requirements, ensuring accurate fleet records are maintained.\nLiaise with maintenance providers to minimise vehicle downtime and ensure roadworthiness.\nSupport compliance audits and provide documentation when required.\nSupplier & Driver Support\nAct as a key contact for vehicle leasing providers, maintenance suppliers, fuel card providers, breakdown services, and manufacturers.\nCoordinate vehicle repairs, deliveries, collections, and off-road vehicle management.\nResolve day-to-day fleet and vehicle-related enquiries from drivers and managers.\nSupport vehicle handovers, returns, and driver inductions.\nFinancial & Reporting\nReview and validate fleet-related invoices and supplier charges.\nReconcile supplier accounts and investigate discrepancies.\nProcess purchase orders and support invoice approvals.\nMonitor fleet expenditure and identify opportunities for cost savings.\nProduce reports covering fleet compliance, utilisation, maintenance activity, incidents, and costs.\nAnalyse fleet data and provide management information to support decision-making.\nContinuous Improvement\nSupport fleet projects and business improvement initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve compliance, efficiency, and cost control.\nAssist with the implementation of new fleet systems, technologies, and processes.\nRequirements\nEssential\nPrevious experience in a Fleet, Transport, Logistics, or Administration role.\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nExperience maintaining accurate records and managing multiple priorities.\nGood understanding of vehicle administration and compliance processes.\nExperience reviewing invoices, costs, and financial information.\nStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nDesirable\nExperience managing or administering HGV fleets.\nKnowledge of Operator Licence requirements and transport compliance.\nExperience using fleet management systems.\nUnderstanding of vehicle maintenance schedules,
