As such, we are uniquely positioned to address the needs of our clients and their consumers in the new hybrid work environment\nRequirements\nYour Key Duties & Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership & Shift Management\nManage and lead day and night warehouse teams, ensuring adequate staffing, handovers, and performance alignment across shifts.\nSet clear expectations for team leaders and operatives, promoting a safe, disciplined, and efficient work environment.\nConduct performance reviews, shift briefs, and training to ensure high levels of staff engagement and capability.\nPicking & Order Fulfilment\nOversee all warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance with order requirements.\nMonitor KPIs such as pick accuracy, pick rate, and order dispatch timelines.\nImplement process improvements to minimise errors and increase throughput.\nHealth & Safety / Compliance\nEnsure all warehouse activities comply with H&S legislation, company policies, and standard operating procedures.\nConduct risk assessments and promote a strong safety culture across both shifts.\nMaintain accurate logs of safety incidents, near misses, and ensure corrective actions are taken.\nLogistics & Inventory Control\nWork with internal logistics and inventory teams to ensure smooth goods in/out processes.\nSupport daily reconciliation, stock rotation, and bin location accuracy.\nEscalate any discrepancies or issues in stock movement or system updates.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify and implement process improvements in warehouse layout, flow, and shift efficiency.\nLead and support warehouse audits, shift reviews, and corrective action plans.\nWhat You Bring to The Role\n· Brings hands-on experience leading day and night warehouse teams, ensuring alignment, motivation, and high performance across multiple shifts.\n· Demonstrates a strong track record of driving productivity in fast-paced environments through effective picking, stock handling, and process improvements.\n· Ensures all outbound goods meet customer and compliance standards through strict adherence to Pre-Delivery Inspection processes and product quality controls.\n· Quickly identifies and resolves operational issues related to inventory discrepancies, workflow bottlenecks, and system variances.\n· Ensures smooth shift handovers and continuity of service through clear communication, structured reporting, and effective coordination between teams.\nPersonal Specification\nQualifications & Experience\n· 5+ years of experience in a warehouse/logistics leadership role.\n· Experience managing multi-shift warehouse operations.\n· Strong understanding of warehouse operations, WMS, and PDI processes.\n· Knowledge of FMCG or high-volume distribution environments preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\n· Effective leadership and team-building skills across multiple shifts.\n· Strong communication and handover management across day/night teams.\n· Comfortable using
