We are hiring a Workshop Technician to provide high quality service within the workshop, ranging from the Predelivery inspection of new coffee machines, refurbing of client’s own coffee machines and the refurbishment on existing loan coffee machines.\nAs a Workshop Technician your goal is carry out complete refurbishment on a wide range of table top coffee machines, this entails a complete strip down of the machine, cleaning and replacing any components deemed necessary and making sure the machine is fully tested and functional to the clients specifications.\nAbout Selecta\nSelecta operates across 16 countries within Europe, serving 12 million people every day. Our engineers are critical to the operating of our business, ensuring that our machines are well maintained and in working order, so that we can continuously delight our customers.\nYour Key Duties & Responsibilities:\n To diagnose and repair faults on a complete range of coffee Equipment.\n To carry out a Full refurbishment on Client’s coffee machines.\n Carry out the Predelivery Inspection on new machines, meeting the clients requirements within the planogram required.\n Continually review multiple fault equipment and ensure that any machine that displays persistent breakdowns is given the highest priority regarding repair.\n To ensure that you always have the job access to the technical manuals/documentation relevant to the equipment that you are servicing/maintaining.\n To attend various Training Courses to assist you to maintain the highest standard of workmanship.\n Requirements\nWhat You Bring to The Role\n Ability form and maintain a close working relationship with colleagues with the working environment. \n Willing and able to work on your own initiative.\n Be customer-focused with a smart and professional appearance.\n Must have strong electrical knowledge/experience - demonstrated through practical work experience or an electrical qualification.\n Have a technical background with strong fault finding and diagnosis skills.\n Be aware of how to work safely on electrical equipment.\n Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK permanently.
