As the technical authority for their accounts, they bridge business\nobjectives and engineering execution, translating requirements into scalable solutions aligned\nwith Selector AI's architectural best practices, and work closely with Customer Success\nManagers, Product, Engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineering to guide customers from\nrollout through continuous adoption and expansion.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn technical success: serve as the primary technical advisor from POC through\nproduction, adoption, and expansion; build trusted relationships with customer architects,\nengineering leaders, and executives; run technical success plans that accelerate\nadoption and surface new use cases.\nLead technical strategy & execution: own the technical architecture for assigned\naccounts, minimizing technical debt; translate business requirements into detailed\ntechnical specs and engineering-ready work items; lead architecture reviews,\nworkshops, onboarding, and complex production troubleshooting across networking,\nobservability, integrations, APIs, and AI-driven workflows.\nDrive cross-functional outcomes: partner with CSMs, Sales, Solutions Engineering,\nProduct, and Engineering to align technical execution with business objectives; act as\nthe customer's technical advocate on product feedback and roadmap priorities.\nQualifications Required\n3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Customer Engineering, Professional\nServices, or Network Engineering).\nDeep expertise in enterprise networking: BGP, MPLS, IGPs, Traffic Engineering,\nSD-WAN, Wireless, SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow/sFlow/IPFIX, telemetry (gNMI/OpenConfig),\nand REST APIs.\nExperience deploying or supporting enterprise observability, AIOps, network\nmanagement, or infrastructure monitoring platforms; demonstrated success with Fortune\n500 / large enterprise customers.\nStrong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and modern infrastructure architecture;\nexperience translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation\nplans.\nExcellent communication and executive presentation skills; willing to travel 10-20% for\ncustomer engagements and strategic onsite meetings.\nPreferred\nKubernetes, containers, cloud-native infrastructure, or SaaS platforms; Python, JSON,\nYAML, or infrastructure automation; AIOps/ML in IT Operations; ITSM platforms such as\nServiceNow.\nWhy Join Selector AI\nCustomer Engineering sits at the center of customer success, product innovation, and technical\nexcellence, shaping how the world's largest enterprises operationalize AI, modernize\noperations, and continuously realize value from the Selector AI platform.\nCompensation\nThe salary for this role is $175,000 - $200,000.
