Supported by leading investors, Selector is uniquely positioned to deliver a world-class solution to address large enterprise requirements across the globe.\nSelector offers a discretionary PTO policy, health insurance, 401k, the opportunity for a bonus, and more.\nJob Overview\nProduct Manager is responsible for working with Selector customers across large enterprises and service providers to create an AIOps solution to detect, diagnose (find RCA), and remediate operational issues across complex network, infrastructure and cloud deployments.\nThe ideal candidate brings hands-on product experience from modern observability or monitoring platforms, with deep exposure to network, infrastructure and cloud monitoring domains. Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) is highly desirable but not mandatory.PLM will work closely with engineering, data science, UX, sales, and customer success teams to translate real-world operational pain points into enterprise class product capabilities.\nResponsibilities\nCustomer & Market Understanding & Roadmap Alignment\nEngage directly with various teams in key enterprise customers - engineering, NOC,SREs, and IT operations teams - to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and\nsuccess metrics for networks the customers operate.\n\nDrive the product roadmap to solve for operational pain points customers face.Emphasis is on making sure that Selector solution becomes part of day-to-day\noperational procedures for customers.\n\nDefine differentiated product capabilities and solutions to eliminate high-impactoperational problems in cloud, infrastructure and network environments across\ncustomer base.\n\nPrioritize competing enhancement requirements and drive balance between differentspecific customer needs, Selector business growth goals, and broader AI/ML trends\nto stay at the cutting edge of the AI/ML adoption in our chosen market segment.\n\nAnalyze competitive products to identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities for differentiation.\nPartner with sales and customer success to support solution positioning, demos, andproof-of-value engagements.\n\nExecution & Delivery\nWrite clear, precise product requirements (PRDs), documents, with a strong focus oningesting specific customer data and delivering operational outcomes based on\navailable data. These specific outcomes / success metrics for AIOps features include\nbenefits such as alert reduction, noise reduction, MTTR improvement, alert fidelity,\nautomation effectiveness.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering, data science, solutions and CSM teams todeliver features to meet /exceed customer expectations.\n\nEnsure AI-driven features are explainable, trustworthy, and aligned with howoperators make decisions under pressure.\n\nGo-To-Market & Enablement\nPartner with marketing on messaging, positioning, and launch of new features.\nEnable internal teams with product documentation, training material, competitivenarratives, and customer-facing artifacts.\n\nSupport strategic accounts and lighthouse customers where product depth andcredibility matter.\n\nRequirements\n10+ years of product management experience in infrastructure monitoring,observability, APM, or IT operations software.\n\nStrong understanding of infrastructure and network domains, including:\nRouting protocols/ Switching (CCIE, JNCIE exposure)\nCloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)\nVirtualization and containers (VMs, Kubernetes)\nNetwork telemetry (SNMP, flow data, metrics, logs, traces)\nHybrid and distributed system architectures\nProven ability to work w/ engineering on complex, data-intensive products.\nExperience with AIOps concepts such as event correlation, topology modeling, RCA,or predictive analytics.\n\nExposure to network operations, NOC workflows, SRE practices, or large-scaleenterprise environments.\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, telemetry pipelines, and large-scale data platforms.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulatecomplex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCompensation\nThe salary for this role is $180,000 - $220,000.
