A master degree is strongly preferred.\n⦁Knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to assess the consumer’s needs for services and to perform the core functions of case management.\n⦁Sensitive to the needs of the elderly and disabled adults from diverse ethnic and minority cultures.\n⦁Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n⦁Must be organized and able to multitask.\n⦁Able to work independently and in a team setting.\n⦁Bilingual and bi-literate in English and Chinese.\n⦁Must be able to travel via public transportation or personal vehicle for the performance of job duties.
