The Associate Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and usability of reporting solutions through data validation, report maintenance, and continuous improvement of reporting environments. This position combines data analysis, report development, stakeholder collaboration, and business intelligence support to deliver actionable insights across the organization.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPartner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate those requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.\nAnalyze data using established methods and deliver accurate, actionable, and timely results.\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports.\nSupport the modernization, administration, and continuous improvement of Power BI reporting workspaces and reporting environments.\nCreate, maintain, and enhance data visualizations, metrics, scorecards, and key performance indicators.\nValidate data sources, datasets, semantic models, cubes, dashboards, and paginated reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.\nReview, validate, and clean data; identify and resolve data inconsistencies.\nSupport Quality Data Reporting Services through report development, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.\nUse established data sources and research alternative data sources when needed.\nCollaborate with data owners and stakeholders to improve data quality and update reporting solutions.\nSupport validation of reporting data sources, data connections, and related data infrastructure.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation related to reporting solutions and data processes.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Social Sciences, or related experience.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Power BI.\nBasic understanding of data structures, databases, and relational data concepts.\nAbility to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions.\nStrong analytical, systems thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and project management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.\nExperience applying statistical skills in a manufacturing, electronics design, or business environment.\nExperience validating data models, reporting solutions, or business intelligence systems.\nWorking knowledge of SQL.\nWorking knowledge of Python.\nLocation:\nPullman, WA - This position is located in Pullman, WA.
